ROTOЯ: Reading Group: Patrick Procktor

Please join us next Monday 29 October at 1.30-2.30pm in Huddersfield Art Gallery for the final ROTOЯ reading group of 2012!

To complement the current exhibition, Patrick Procktor: Art and Life,  we have chosen to read Chapter Six: ‘The Truth About Small Things (1972-1979)’ pp. 125-151 in curator Ian Massey’s monograph of the same title, Patrick Procktor: Art and Life (Unicorn Press, 2010). (The text is available within the exhibition).

This is an exciting opportunity to revisit the exhibition and discuss some of its key themes and ideas!

Join us tomorrow night (Thursday 19 April) at 6pm for Kevin Almond’s talk: ‘Insufficient Allure’ to celebrate the opening of his exhibition of the same title: ‘Insufficient Allure: The Art of Creative Pattern Cutting’ co-curated with Kathryn Brennand in Huddersfield Art Gallery. Admission free. All welcome.
